Is Competitive Eating A Sport?

It must be. They put this guy on a trading card >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Third world countries with populations that are under-nourished and starving must hate this gluttonous form of competition. And who could really blame them? Between Kobayashi and Joey Chestnut, these guys eat more in 9 minutes than some people do all year.
However I will get off my soap box as that is not really the point of this post. Ever see someone eat 250 jalepeno peppers?
Check out the highlights from the La Costena Feel the Heat Jalapeno Eating Championship Challenge.
This woman is a machine. I wonder how bad it hurts to go to the bathroom the next day? Ouch!
