Are Any of Your Signed Items REAL?!?!?

As you head to the National, remember, if it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Exactly the reason I don't deal in autos. I have a handful and all of those have either been signed in front of me or gotten by a close friend. I don't see the lure of having an auto without seeing the person sign it. It's about meeting the player, not about the auto itself.

I agree with McGee's Willie post. I don't trust any Autograph unless it comes straight from a Card Company ie Topps, Bowman etc, or unless I got the signature myself. And if I got it myself then there is a good chance it will never be sold because it's my story that gets told when people come into my house and see them. I lived in Hawaii for 10 years and was lucky to get a lot of signatures from the Pro Bowl that I have never gotten a COA for because there is no need to! Thanks for this post though it's great to be reminded from time to time of the crime out there.

The card companies have made numerous mistakes with vintage autograph inserts.
You cannot trust them either.

Great video... very informative... and definitely makes me think... how many of my autographs are real... and how many are fake.
